I’m well gay for making this.Pour quelque raison, je veux écrire en Français… mais… il semble comme si j’ai oublié tout mon Français, haha. Ainsi je devine que c’est une entrée en Anglais, en tant que toujours.

So anyway. It’s been some time since I last updated.
I haven’t actually had a great deal to say. Having had the laptop for 6 months, I was discussing the pros and cons of it with my dad, and actually only came up with one pro (the diamond brite screen) and the rest were cons. :| So with that in mind, I’m back on my desktop, oh how I’ve missed it. Editing photos is more difficult because now I can’t make them look good for a larger variety of photos, but I hope to get a diamond-brite monitor at some point which will rectify that and all will be good in the hood, yo.

Aside from that, if the picture doesn’t give it away, the big, big major thing is that I has a boyfriend now. Yeees. Things between me and Ben are working out really well at the minute and I’m really really happy. He’s really sweet and funny and lovely and A PROPER FITTY, ahah. All my friends seem to like him too which is another plus. :) So yeah. Most of my time when I’m not no-lifing on teh netz or at school is spent with him and things, at least for me, are very good.

Now, I’m going to go enjoy the rest of my 6-day weekend, as the boiler at Hewett blew up. AHAHAHA GUTTED HEWETT. This makes up for our stupidly short Xmas break, I guess.

Lolz

Fuck yeah! I really hope I get through, the timing and everything is perfect, so I’m seeing it as either a sign/my fate/destiny.

Recently, I have been listening to a lot of Western bands. As in, non-Japanese bands, not “I lost my dog, I lost my wife, so I’ll lassoo another one and shuffle my merry way to the rodeo”.  As much as I love my Japanese music collection and admire their diversity in comparison to most other bands (if you turn a blind eye to garbage like An cafe and all that other Oshare kei and inidies gobshite) there’s something about English music which will never lead me astray: the lyrics. Don’t get me wrong, I understand Japan has a totally different culture and writes lyrics in a completely different way to ourselves, but theres only so much decadence, gardens of suicide and fucking my parents that one can take. With the exception of Emergence of Silence by Schwarz Stein, it’s the English language songs that move me to tears, the songs that I associate with and really means something to me. With some of the best bands being British, with Muse in mind whilst writing this, it makes me glad to be British, and for all those obnoxious jrock fans that listen to nothing else but Japanese music that 9 times out of 10 they have no idea of the what the lyrics are, and even when they’ve been translated, they still probably have no idea of the true meaning (the Japanese use a lot of word play) and if I’m honest I feel sorry for them.

Happy New Years, and hello 2008.

My new years was pretty good. Spent about 3 hours in the Bell drinking cheeky v’s, vodka & red bull, jack daniels & coke and… whatever else was on our table at the time. I spent approximately 1 hour of my total time out trying to do up my belt which became infuriatingly difficult after a while and spent sometime with it just undone. :/ Apart from that, my time was spent singing/dancing in Romanian, playing knock-and-run on a nunnery, and much fun in the Waterfront. Fun at the ‘front included asking everybody if they’re meant to be Mario,  (and somebody responded with ‘no, Wario’ – I should have married him.), renaming 3 guys ‘Chad, Dave and Rodney’, when actually their names were Frank, Darren and Aidy. I also bumped into Dan… was good to see him and not actually fight with him and also did something I probably shouldn’t have… :/ But no-one cares. I also bumped into Jenna as I was leaving, heh.

Charlie, Erica & I left the ‘front at around 2. We walked Erica home, and then started to walk home ourselves. On the way we encountered foreigners who offered us wine, and when we stopped to take a picture near the opening of lakenham way, we heard rustling in the bushes and Charlie got scared and made me run all the way from lakenham way to mcdonalds roundabout. In boots. Oh the pain. So we got home at about 3, where we ate crackers and trifle on my kitchen floor, and made Louis wet his pants over something and made a group of AWESOME on Facebook, before going to bed at 5.

…I go back to school tomorrow. D:
And I have a tummy ache.
So I’m going to BS my way through some work.
